By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to this prize draw terms and conditions.

The prize draw is being run by Cousins Furniture. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and previous customers who have had their orders delivered.

By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. There are no limits to the number of images you tag Cousins Furniture in. You will receive 1 prize draw entry per account, which grants you eligibility to enter the prize drawer. 

The prize draw is free to enter. Cousins Furniture reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Upon entering, you agreed to grant Cousins Furniture your username and images to publish, repurpose, and reuse, in social channels, news, public relations, promotions and marketing. By entering the prize drawer, you automatically give permission for Cousins Furniture to use your image for marketing purposes.

The prize draw will include those who have submitted images after this email was sent Saturday 5th November, up to mid-day Wednesday 30th November. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

To enter the prize draw simply upload an image of your furniture to your Instagram account and tag @cousins.furniture and use the hashtag #MyCousinsFurniture. Cousins Furniture will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize will be one £50 voucher to spend either in-store or online with Cousins Furniture. A minimum spend of £200 applies in order for the voucher to be redeemed. The winner will have 6 months from the issue date to redeem the voucher. The winner will be drawn at random. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Cousins Furniture reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

The decision of Cousins Furniture regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The winner will be notified on Thursday 1st December via the Cousins Furniture Instagram account. Cousins Furniture will attempt to contact the winner by direct message up to two times.

If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Cousins Furniture reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Cousins Furniture for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. Cousins Furniture does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
