The mattress and divan recycling service is available as an in-store purchase only. If you would like to add the service to an existing order or create a new order with recycling included, our team can help.

Step 2: Prepare Your Old Mattress or Bed Items
Before your delivery team arrives, your old items must be ready for collection.
Please ensure:
- Your mattress is wrapped, sealed, and ready before the delivery team arrives.
- Divan bases are separated where applicable by removing connecting links and the headboard.
- Headboards are removed before the delivery team arrives.
- Divan sets are separated where applicable, with the mattress wrapped, sealed, and ready for collection.
This preparation allows our delivery team to safely and efficiently remove your old bed items.
Step 3: Your Old Mattress Is Collected
On the day of your new bed delivery, our team will collect your old mattress, divan base, or headboard (where the recycling service has been added to your order).
Your old items will then be handled through our recycling process, helping reduce waste and ensuring they are disposed of responsibly.
