Are the delivery timeframes correct?

Cousins always aim to reflect the most accurate lead times on the website as advised by the suppliers. Cousins aim to deliver your products within the timeframe quoted on our website and on your order confirmation. The delivery time quoted is an approximation advised by our suppliers and can be subject to change.

Cousins are doing all they can to fulfil orders for special custom-made items, but unfortunately, all British manufacturers are experiencing delays in the supply chain, with shortages of materials, especially foam. Some suppliers have been forced to temporarily close their manufacturing facilities in order to help contain the spread of COVID-19, and this is also causing some delays. Every supplier and retailer is experiencing these difficulties. Cousins apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please see our Production Update page for further details.
