Can I collect from stores or warehouses?
Customers can safely collect items from any showroom or from our warehouses. This is by appointment, however. Cousins will contact customers to arrange a collection appointment. Please do not arrive at the store or warehouse without a pre-booked appointment.
Cousins will arrange a time with you, and your furniture will be brought out ready from the warehouse. You will then be asked to be responsible for loading it into your vehicle.

*Cousins will endeavour to serve customers if they arrive without an appointment, however this will take a longer period of time. Please be aware that the warehouses are closed between 1pm and 2pm everyday.
