Cousins Furniture delivers a wide range of furniture directly to our customers’ homes, from dining sets and sofas to beds, bedroom furniture, desks, occasional furniture, snuggler sofas, and cabinets. Our experienced and friendly delivery teams take great care when bringing your furniture into your home, carefully positioning your items in your chosen room wherever possible.
Don’t know what to do with your old furniture? Our Furniture Collection & Recycling Services can help. We work with trusted partners, including British Heart Foundation and Clearabee, to provide convenient options for disposing of your old furniture responsibly.
Whether your furniture is being delivered from one of our stores in Birmingham, Dudley, Newcastle-under-Lyme or Shrewsbury, or from our warehouses in the West Midlands or Shropshire, we aim to make your delivery as smooth and convenient as possible.
We always endeavour to deliver within the quoted lead time, although circumstances outside our control can occasionally cause delays. For customers outside our regular delivery areas, we may use a trusted third-party delivery company, which can sometimes extend the expected delivery date.

Track Your Furniture Delivery
Our partnership with DispatchTrack allows us to plan efficient delivery routes and gives you the convenience of tracking your order. You’ll receive a text message and/or email with your delivery time window at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
This advance notification gives you plenty of time to plan your day and make the necessary arrangements for your furniture delivery.
Multiple Orders, One Convenient Delivery
If you’re purchasing furniture for multiple rooms, we may be able to deliver your orders together on the same day. This can make your delivery more convenient while helping to minimise the cost and disruption of multiple deliveries.
Packaging Removal
Once your furniture has been carefully positioned in your preferred location within the room, our delivery team will offer to remove the packaging for recycling at our warehouse. Please note that packaging removal may not be available when your order is delivered by one of our third-party delivery partners.
UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to provide competitive delivery prices and a reliable delivery service across the UK mainland. If you require delivery outside the UK mainland, please use our Contact Us form to enquire about available delivery options and any additional charges.
