We can collect your old mattress, divan base, and headboard when delivering your new bed, as part of our recycling service.
Please note that our collection service is limited to mattresses, divan bases, and headboards only. We are unable to remove other unwanted furniture items, including:
- Sofas
- Dining tables and chairs
- Wardrobes
- Cabinets
- Other household furniture

Preparing Your Old Mattress or Divan for Collection
To ensure our delivery team can safely collect your old items, please make sure everything is prepared before delivery:
- Mattresses must be wrapped, sealed, and ready before the delivery team arrives.
- Divan bases must be separated where applicable by removing connecting links and the headboard.
- Headboards must be removed before the delivery team arrives.
- Divan sets must be separated where applicable, and mattresses must be wrapped, sealed, and ready for collection.
Items that are not prepared correctly may not be able to be removed on the day of delivery.
By arranging your recycling service in advance, you can enjoy your new bed while ensuring your old mattress or divan is collected responsibly.
