How do I place an order online with a deposit?

As you select the furniture that you would like to purchase, add the items to your shopping basket. You will then be asked to register or log-in if you already have an online account with us. When you reach the payment page, you will have the option to pay with a 25% deposit.

The 25% deposit is calculated off qualified items only. To qualify the basket value must have a value of £200 or more (this could be made up of 1 or more items), and each item must have a lead time of 14 days or more.

The delivery charge is excluded from the basket value, and must be paid on top of the 25% deposit.

You will shortly receive a confirmation email from Cousins once you have placed the order. This will confirm your order with Cousins as well as the amount paid.
