I did not receive online confirmation of my order?
After placing your order with Cousins Furniture, you should immediately receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed. This will then be followed by another email from our Web Department within 24 hours to confirm again that your order has been placed, and with further details regarding the lead time for your order.
