I have an outstanding service request with Alan Ward
As Alan Ward has gone into liquidation, any outstanding service requests which were raised with them were their responsibility, for which we can’t be held liable. Similarly, if you develop a concern with your Alan Ward furniture after it was delivered by their delivery team we aren’t liable. If we can offer advice on a likely solution we will do.
If, however, Cousins Furniture deliver your Alan Ward furniture and you wish to raise a concern with us then we will be able to help you.
