I recently placed an order online. When should I expect to hear back from you?
As soon as you place an order online, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This will shortly be followed (1 – 3 working days depending upon what day and time that you place the order with us) by a follow up email from Cousins Online team. This email will confirm the expected lead time, and what type of delivery or collection details are. It’ll also provide you with a direct email and phone number to contact us with should you have any further questions regarding your order.
