My order said 'Ready to deliver in' but I have not heard from you yet
'Ready to deliver in' means that our supplier has advised us that we could receive the product at our warehouse within the period quoted on our website, and then once Cousins receives the product we will then contact you to arrange delivery.
However, as per our terms and conditions this cannot be confirmed until your order has been processed. Which is why our customers then receive a follow up email with an expected lead time. Our aim is to always try to deliver to our customers within the expected lead time.
