What are the delivery charges for my order and location?
Delivery Information
At Cousins Furniture, we offer a range of delivery options to suit the products you purchase. Delivery charges are based on the type and quantity of products ordered, the service required, and, where applicable, your delivery location. Your delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We can deliver multiple items, including furniture for different rooms, together wherever possible. This can help make your delivery more convenient while reducing the cost of multiple deliveries.

Delivery charges for beds, mattresses, standard deliveries and bedsteads with assembly vary depending on your delivery zone. The applicable charge will be confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Times
For items that are in stock, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Items are generally delivered within seven days of arriving at our warehouse for customers within 40 miles of our distribution centres in Oldbury and Shrewsbury. Deliveries outside this area may be made by one of our approved national delivery partners.
Delivery times may vary for particularly fragile or bulky items and for addresses located more than 40 miles from our distribution centres. Where alternative delivery arrangements or additional costs apply, we will let you know.
Express Delivery
Selected in-stock items are available for Express Delivery. These items are generally delivered within 1–2 working days by either Cousins Furniture or one of our approved delivery partners.
Express Delivery availability is shown on eligible product pages. If an Express Delivery item is purchased alongside a standard-delivery item, the orders may be delivered separately and the applicable standard delivery charge may apply.
Where We Deliver
Cousins Furniture delivers across the UK mainland. Our own delivery teams operate within a 40-mile radius of our Oldbury and Shrewsbury distribution centres, while approved delivery partners are used for other areas of the UK mainland.
Deliveries to areas outside our standard delivery network, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and islands, may be subject to different delivery arrangements and charges. Please contact us for further information before ordering.
Your Delivery
Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. We aim to make your delivery as convenient as possible and will provide further information about your delivery where required.
For deliveries made by our two-person delivery teams, we can also remove packaging for recycling. Please note that this service may not be available when your order is delivered by a third-party courier.
