What precautionary measures are Cousins taking?

All four showrooms are once again completely safe shopping environments. Cousins have successfully followed government guidelines and adapted new working practices for nearly a year now - including social distancing, enhanced hygiene measures and the correct use of PPE.

You can expect a friendly wave instead of a handshake, and our sales teams will be using the relevant PPE, with plenty of hand sanitising stations for everyone’s safety and wellbeing.

Delivery is also safe and contactless.

All of Cousins Warehouse, Sales and Delivery staff are provided with the appropriate PPE items - gloves, masks, wipes and hand sanitiser – and are following strict social distancing procedures.

Cousins delivery teams remain as constant pairs to minimise the risks of contamination.
