When is my furniture out of warranty?
The 12 month retailer guarantee begins the day after delivery of your furniture. If you need to raise a Service Concern after this date, then a £50.00 out of warranty fee is paid to Cousins to appoint a technician to inspect your furniture. If a fault is found then Cousins will correct this for you free of charge.
