Our recycling service allows you to arrange the collection of your old mattress, divan base, or headboard when your new bed is delivered. This service is available as an in-store purchase only.

Preparing Your Old Mattress or Divan for Collection
To ensure our delivery team can safely collect your old items, please make sure they are prepared before they arrive:
- Mattresses must be wrapped, sealed, and ready for collection.
- Divan bases must be separated where applicable by removing connecting links and the headboard.
- Headboards must be removed before the delivery team arrives.
- Divan sets must be separated where applicable, with the mattress wrapped, sealed, and ready.
Please note that items which are not prepared correctly may not be able to be removed during delivery.
Can You Collect Other Furniture?
Our recycling service is only available for mattresses, divan bases, and headboards. Unfortunately, we cannot remove other unwanted furniture such as:
- Sofas
- Dining tables and chairs
- Wardrobes
- Cabinets
- Other household furniture
For help removing other furniture, we recommend contacting our partnered businesses, Clearabee or British Heart Foundation Furniture & Electrical, who may be able to assist with furniture clearance or donation collections.
