Will I be able to shop safely?
Yes, customers can shop safely in any of the showrooms. Our staff will still be wearing face mask. For customers, it is their option whether to wear them or not. You can safely shop online if you prefer to.
Cousins is also offering a safe contactless delivery service. Please be assured that all of our warehouse and delivery staff are provided with the appropriate PPE items - gloves, masks, wipes and hand sanitiser – and are following strict social distancing procedures.
Our delivery teams remain as constant pairs to minimise the risks of contamination. Customers can currently collect from the stores and warehouse.
