Cousins offer a free in store collection service from any showrooms or warehouses. This is ideal if you want your item sooner or if you'd like to save on the cost of delivery if you are local.

When collecting from our stores or warehouses, the items will be in their original packaging, and may be flat packed. Our team will not assemble the items before or upon collection

A. Yes, Cousins offers a free in store click & collect service from any of our showrooms and warehouses.

Q. How do I place an order online for free in store collection?

A. As you go through our checkout process you will have a choice between delivery and our free click and collect service. Simply select the click & collect option, and choose your collection point.

Q. How long do I have to wait until I can collect my order?

Q. How do I collect my order?

A. Please bring your Sales Order number and a form of ID with you to collect.

Q. Are your collection points safe and contactless?

A. Cousins have strict working practices in place to keep our staff and customers safe. Our staff will be wearing the appropriate PPE.

Q. How long will I have to collect my order?

Q. Can someone else collect my order for me?

A. Yes, but Cousins will need the following proof: Forward your confirmation email to your friend or family member, including details of the Sales Order number. They will also have to bring a form of ID.

A. If you change your mind and your order has not been collected yet, please Contact Us to discuss.

Q. Can I change my collection point?

A. If you need to change your collection point please Contact Us as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that these changes may impact the collection timeframe for your order.

Q. Can I pay by Finance, and choose to collect?
